Definition: Historically, women have allways been underrepresented in the spfere of  paid employment. Despite of improving women's position in domestic and public life, women in Slovenia (Ljubljana) are still more exposed to higher risk in the labour market than men what is also seen in higher unemployment rate among women.

Item 1: We decided to formulate our definition for the problem based on different Internet sources such as Wikipedia and the sociology book called Sociologija.

 

 

 

Item 2: After consideration we formed some questions which could be relevant for our project.

Item 3: Because of the absence of most members of our group any other business was not discussed.

Tina will try to answer how we collect information on unemployed people and which type of education offers more opportunities to get employed.

 

Jasna wil focus on the question which social groups  beside women are at the highest risk to become unemployed.

 

Jana will try to find out reasons for and forms of unemployment.

 

Evelin will tell us how unemployment affects life of women who are unemployed.

 

 

Neža is going to prepare an interview with official person who is employed in Zavod za zaposlovanje, where she will focus on all our questions that we are looking for. Neža will also interpretate her answers.

 

Jasmina will try to answer when did the problem of unemployment in Slovenia start and what is the actual situation of unemployment in Slovenia.
